ALICIA HENDY
Founder and Director
I'm passionate about offering practical and affordable HR solutions, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and keeping abreast of changing legislation.
I've held several senior HR executive roles, including VP of HR for APC Asia Pacific and Borland Software Asia Pacific, among others.
I hold a degree in HR from Deakin University and a Master's of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. I'm a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
My best work is within the small to medium-sized business sector. Activities such as employment contracts, Modern Award determination and interpretation, pay, policies, terminations, recruitment, changes to legislation, and e-HR solutions are part of the regular services. I enjoy seeing businesses feel confident in the employment space, armed with knowledge, and bringing out the best performance from their employees.
