ALICIA HENDY
Founder and Director
Alicia Hendy is the Founder and Director of Hendy HR Consulting. Together with the Hendy HR team, Alicia provides practical HR consulting, workplace relations and Fair Work compliance support for small to medium businesses across NSW, Canberra and regional Australia.
Alicia has held several senior HR executive roles, including VP of HR for APC Asia Pacific and Borland Software Asia Pacific. She holds a degree in Human Resources from Deakin University and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Alicia is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Hendy HR Consulting supports businesses with practical, commercially sensible HR advice and documentation. Our regular work includes employment contracts, Modern Award interpretation, pay and classification advice, HR policies, termination and performance management, recruitment, workplace compliance and digital HR systems.
We help business owners feel confident managing employees, workplace obligations and day-to-day HR decisions with clear advice, practical documentation and ongoing support.

Payroll – payrolling services, deductions, allowances, benefits, fringe benefits taxation, leave entitlement and liabilities.
Business Planning – growing, buying, selling, succession plans and restructuring of businesses.
Tax – PAYG, fringe benefits and other taxation.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Accounting/Finance degree from Charles Sturt University, is a member of the Chartered Accountants and is also a financial planner. Balance Accountants & Advisers have office locations in the Central West of NSW.
