ANTI-HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION AND BULLYING
Our Anti-Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying education program is a short 30 - 60 minute program that educates employees on the following:
- Illegal behaviours in the workplace.
- Rights and responsibilities of the employee and the employer.
- The complaints process and making a claim.
- Mitigation steps against potential claims.
We work with executive and leadership teams on profiling methods to better understand team functionality and behavioural differences. We coach leaders in how to effectively engage and manage their employees.
WORK, HEATH AND Safety
We provide education sessions on various topics relating to work, health and safety in the workplace through the Monte Safety System.
We provide education and an improved understanding to employers on the contents of typical employment documents such as contracts and agreements.
We provide education on the following areas relating to performance:
- Performance engagement programs
- Managing poor performance
- Management coaching
