Typical projects or consulting opportunities vary tremendously in the field of Human Resources. Upon engagement, we meet with clients and provide a scoped out project fee based on the scope, size and complexity of the project.
Once milestones and project delivery dates have been agreed upon, regular project updates and reports are provided. The types of projects we have experience in are listed below. These projects are more commonly requested by business owners but this is not an all inclusive list.
HR Information Systems 
Through the use of technology, employers can access multiple pieces of information and in turn remove the tedious manual administrative processing of employee information. Also, the advantage of implementing an HR Information System is that it provides instant reporting and visibility of all employment details.
Outsourcing of Payroll 
Evaluation of in-house payroll processes and systems and in turn outsourcing either parts or the entire payroll process. The value this brings to the employer is improved efficiencies in the administration of statutory benefits such as Superannuation and Leave entitlements and also on-line access and visibility by employees to their benefits and pay details.
Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence and Organizational Redesign 
Management of the due diligence program required before the occurrence of an Acquisition or Merger. This includes collation of current employment records, evaluation and development of new employment contracts both individually and collectively, the implementation of Australian Workplace Agreements (AWA’s) and the redundancy or restructuring of employee positions.
Development of Employment Handbooks 
Development of Employment Handbooks throughout 14 countries across the Asia Pacific region which contain all statutory and non statutory benefits, allowances and terms and conditions of employment.
Performance Review Systems 
Development and implementation of Performance Management and Review tools which assist in the ongoing evaluation of employees performance. These also contain a Learning Plan for the following period and helps drive real employee ownership and business success.
