Owner, Alicia Hendy
With over 14 years experience in the Human Resources industry and after spending the last 5 years living in Asia, I wanted to return to Australia and create a great company that provided real HR solutions for businesses and organizations.
The most common complaint I’ve heard from General Managers and business owners is that HR is not commercial and doesn’t understand the real business environment. In 2003, I completed my MBA and started to put into practice my learning.
I’m passionate about providing great HR services and we look forward to working with clients who share our vision.
